These cleanable counterflow water cooled condenser can be inspected and their use is indicated especially in cases where a frequent internal cleaning of the tubes is necessary.

The BC type with copper tubes is suitable both in city and tower water.
The BM type with CuNi 90/10 tubes is suitable in seawater.
The BCR and BMR type are equipped with empty tubes on the bottom working as liquid receiver.
